Verification Steps

- Upload a valid government-issued ID
- Provide proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Take a selfie for identity confirmation
- Wait for our team to review (usually 24-48 hours)
Supported Documents
ID Documents:
- Passport
- Driver's License
- National ID Card
Proof of Address:
- Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
- Bank statement
- Government-issued document
All documents must be:
- Valid and not expired
- Clear and fully visible
- In color (not black and white)
- Issued within the last 3 months (for address proof)
Verification Status
Check your verification status at any time in your Account Settings. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete.
