Mail-in Requests

Step 1 — Generate your unique postal request code

Each request needs its own single-use code. Generate one below and write it on your request by hand. Codes expire 30 days after they are generated.

Step 2 — Handwrite your request

On a plain white card or piece of paper at least 4" × 6", write by hand (no printed, typed, or photocopied requests):

• Your full legal name
• The email address on your Soprize account
• Your complete return mailing address
• Your date of birth
• Your unique postal request code (from Step 1)
• The affirmation statement below, copied out by hand

“I affirm that I am at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in my state of residence), that I reside in an eligible jurisdiction, and that the information on this request matches my registered Soprize account. I am requesting free Soprize Cash under the no-purchase-necessary Alternate Method of Entry described in the Official Rules.”

Step 3 — Mail it

• Place one request per standard (#10) envelope and affix your own first-class postage.

Each valid request is credited a fixed amount of Soprize Cash. Requests that are incomplete, not handwritten, mechanically reproduced, past the code's 30-day validity, or that do not match a registered, eligible account will be void. Valid requests are processed within a reasonable time after receipt.
