Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding the Excluded Territories listed on the Restricted States page) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of their residence. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and contractors of SP COMMERCE SOLUTIONS LLC and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

2. Sponsor

SP COMMERCE SOLUTIONS LLC, the operator of soprize.com.

3. Currencies

Gold Coins (GC) are a virtual, non-redeemable currency used to play social casino games for entertainment only. Soprize Cash (SC) is a promotional, sweepstakes currency that may, after meeting the 1× playthrough requirement, be redeemed for cash prizes.

4. How to Enter (Earn Soprize Cash)

There are many free ways to receive Soprize Cash — no purchase is ever necessary:

• Daily rewards. Logging in each day credits a tiered SC bonus via our Daily Rewards / Daily Spin. Free, no purchase necessary.
• Achievements. Completing in-game achievements and milestones can award free Soprize Cash.
• Promotions & bonus drops. We periodically run promotions, seasonal offers, and bonus SC drops that credit free Soprize Cash.
• Coupons & promo codes. Redeeming a valid promotional code can credit free Soprize Cash.
• Referral & affiliate program. Referring friends and participating in our affiliate program can earn free Soprize Cash.
• Tournaments & events. Soprize Cash may be awarded as prizes in tournaments and promotional events.
• Mail-in request (Alternate Method of Entry). No purchase necessary — request free Soprize Cash by mail. See Section 4a below.

4a. Mail-in Requests — No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

You may request Soprize Cash for free by mail. Soprize Cash obtained this way carries the same terms (including the 1× playthrough and redemption rules) as Soprize Cash obtained by any other method. 5. Playthrough Requirement

Every credit of Soprize Cash must be wagered at least once (1×) before it becomes eligible for redemption. Progress is shown in your Wallet.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

To redeem Soprize Cash you must complete our identity-verification process, which requires a valid US-issued government ID and a selfie. Identity is verified by an automated third-party identity-verification provider.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Soprize is committed to preventing its platform from being used to launder money, finance illicit activity, or evade sanctions, and maintains a risk-based anti-money-laundering (“AML”) program consistent with applicable US law. As part of this program we verify and, where necessary, re-verify your identity, conduct customer due diligence with enhanced due diligence for higher-risk accounts, monitor account activity, deposits, gameplay, and redemptions for unusual or suspicious patterns, and screen you against government sanctions and watchlists, including US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) lists. We may also, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Request information or documentation regarding your identity, source of funds, or source of wealth;
• Place holds on, delay, decline, or reverse any deposit, redemption, or transaction; and
• Freeze, suspend, or close any account, pending or following such review.

You agree that you will not use Soprize to launder funds or move the proceeds of any crime, that all funds you deposit are your own and lawfully obtained, and that you will not deposit or redeem using accounts, cards, wallets, or instruments belonging to any other person. Structuring transactions to avoid reporting or verification thresholds, and any attempt to disguise the origin of funds, are strictly prohibited.

Where required by law, we will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and may do so without notifying you, and we may retain your information and records for the period required by applicable law. Amounts relating to suspected money laundering, fraud, or sanctions concerns may be withheld pending resolution. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to cooperate with these measures.

8. Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes you receive. Consult a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

9. Redemption of Prizes

Eligible Soprize Cash may be redeemed for a cash prize at the rate of 1 SC = 1 USD, subject to method-specific minimums, playthrough completion, and identity verification. Redemptions are processed via the payment methods listed on your Redemption page.

10. Odds

Every Soprize-original game publishes its theoretical return-to-player (RTP). Odds of winning any particular prize depend on the game played, the chosen wager, and the number of entries in play at the time.

11. Disqualification & Forfeiture

The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify any entrant and to void and forfeit that entrant's Soprize Cash, entries, winnings, and any prizes or pending redemptions, where the Sponsor reasonably determines that the entrant has tampered with the entry process or engaged in fraud, abuse, collusion, a payment chargeback, the use of multiple or fraudulent accounts, identity misrepresentation, or any other violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service. Any entrant who initiates a chargeback forfeits all associated Soprize Cash, winnings, and pending redemptions.

12. General

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate these rules or the Sweepstakes at any time. Disputes will be resolved according to the Terms of Service.
