Responsible Play

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Soprize is meant to be fun. Our games are played with Gold Coins for entertainment and with Soprize Cash as part of our promotional sweepstakes — they are not a way to make money or to recover losses. We are committed to helping you keep play enjoyable, and to giving you the tools and information to stay in control.

1. Play Is for Entertainment

Only ever play with time and money you can comfortably afford to spend on entertainment. Playing is never a solution to financial difficulty, and chasing losses tends to make things worse. If playing stops being fun, it is time to take a break.

2. You Must Be 18 or Older

Soprize is strictly for adults aged eighteen (18) or older (or the higher minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We verify the age and identity of every player, and we do not permit anyone underage to hold an account or play. Please keep your login credentials private and away from minors, and use device-level parental controls where appropriate.

3. Tips for Staying in Control

  • Decide in advance how much time and money you want to spend, and stick to it.
  • Set purchase limits on your account and take regular breaks.
  • Never play to escape stress, boredom, or low mood, and never while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Do not try to win back money you have spent — treat what you spend as the cost of entertainment.
  • Balance play with other activities, and keep it a small part of how you spend your time.

4. Signs Play May Be Becoming a Problem

Play may no longer be healthy if you recognize any of the following. If several sound familiar, we encourage you to use the tools below and to seek support.

  • Spending more time or money than you intended, or than you can afford.
  • Playing to escape problems or to relieve anxiety, guilt, or depression.
  • Trying to win back losses (“chasing”).
  • Lying to family or friends about how much you play.
  • Borrowing money, selling belongings, or neglecting work, study, or relationships to play.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when trying to cut down or stop.

5. Tools We Provide

You can manage the following controls at any time from your Responsible Play settings:

  • Purchase limits. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can spend on Gold Coin purchases. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase only takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Break in Play. Take a short break (1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months) during which you cannot make purchases or play. You can still sign in to view your account and withdraw eligible funds, and play is restored automatically when the break ends.
  • Self-Exclusion. Exclude yourself for a fixed term (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion fully closes your account— you cannot log in, play, purchase, or redeem for the duration. It is irreversible; after the term, reinstatement is only possible following a formal return-to-play review by contacting Support.

A Break in Play or Self-Exclusion can only be extended, never shortened, while it is active. While either is in effect we also stop sending you promotional communications. During a Break in Play you remain able to withdraw eligible Soprize Cash you have already earned, subject to our standard verification and redemption process.

6. Protecting Minors

Preventing underage play is a priority. In addition to identity and age verification at sign-up, we recommend that adults who share devices use parental-control software (such as Net Nanny or Qustodio) to restrict access, and never share account credentials with anyone under 18.

7. Getting Help

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, confidential help is available 24/7 at no cost. You do not have to face it alone.

8. Contact Us

Our Support team can help you set limits, take a break, self-exclude, or answer any question about playing responsibly. Reach us any time through the Support page.
