Account Verification

Identity verification is required before you can redeem Soprize Cash for cash prizes.

How Verification Works

We use an automated identity-verification flow. The process is fast and typically completes within minutes.

Steps to Verify

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Start the identity-verification flow
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts:
    • Take a photo of a government-issued document (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
    • Take a quick selfie for face matching
  4. The verification result is returned automatically — usually within minutes

Supported Documents

  • Passport
  • Driver's License
  • National ID Card

Documents must be issued by the United States.

Tips for a Smooth Verification

  • Ensure good lighting when taking photos
  • Make sure your document is not expired
  • Keep the full document visible in the frame
  • Look directly at the camera for the selfie

Verification Status

Check your verification status in your Profile. You will receive a notification once your identity has been verified.
