Frequently asked questions about the affiliate program
How much can I earn? There is no cap on earnings. You earn a signup reward for each qualified referral plus ongoing commission from their play. The more active referrals you have, the more you earn.
Is there a limit on referrals? No. You can refer unlimited players.
Can I refer myself? No. Self-referrals are not allowed and will not count.
Can I refer family members? Each person must use a unique account. Multiple accounts from the same household may be flagged.
How is commission calculated? You earn a percentage of the house edge on every bet your referrals place. If the house edge for a given game is negative (the player wins), your commission for that bet is zero — never negative.
When do I earn the signup reward? As soon as the referral qualifies (minimum deposit + email verification + identity verification).
How do I claim commission? Open the Affiliate Program page and switch to the Commissions tab. Once your pending balance reaches the minimum threshold, click Transfer to Wallet — the rewards are credited instantly. There is a 1-hour cooldown between transfers.
What if my referral wins big? Your commission for that specific game is zero. It does not go negative and your pending balance is unaffected.
Do I earn commission forever? Yes. As long as your referrals keep playing you keep earning.
How do I level up? Get more qualified referrals. Each tier has a minimum referral threshold — cross it and you are upgraded automatically.
Can I lose my tier? No. Once you reach a tier you keep it.
Does my tier affect existing referrals? Yes. A tier upgrade raises the commission rate on all referrals, not just new ones.
What are campaigns? Campaigns are separate tracking links for different channels (YouTube, Twitter, blog, etc.). They let you see which channel produces the most referrals.
Do campaigns affect my earnings? No. Campaigns only add tracking. Your earnings are identical whether a referral arrives via your main link or a campaign link.
My referral signed up but is not showing as qualified. They still need to complete every requirement: minimum deposit, email verification, and identity verification.
My commission is not showing up. Commission is tracked in real time but may take a few minutes to appear in the dashboard. Check the Commissions tab.
The Claim button is not appearing. Your pending balance must reach the minimum claim threshold. Keep earning and it will appear.
