Promotions and Bonuses

Current offers are listed on the Promotions page in the sidebar. Open any promotion to see its full details, including amounts, caps, eligible days, minimum purchase and playthrough.

Offers change often, so the Promotions page is always the place to check what's live right now.

Welcome Bonus

When your identity verification is approved, a one-time welcome bonus of Gold Coins and Soprize Cash is credited to your wallet automatically. The current amounts are shown in the welcome pop-up and on the identity verification screen. You can only receive it once.

Purchase Bonuses

Some promotions add extra Gold Coins and Soprize Cash when you buy a Gold Coin package. These include:

• First-purchase bonuses, available only on your first completed purchase
• Day-of-week bonuses, available only on the days listed on the promotion

Purchase bonuses may be a percentage of your purchase up to a maximum, may require a minimum purchase, and may be limited to a number of uses per player. These terms are shown on each promotion.

Applying a Purchase Bonus

• On the Buy Gold Coins page, choose which eligible promotion to apply, or choose not to apply one.
• Only one purchase promotion applies to each purchase.
• Coupons and promotions: if you use a coupon code on a purchase, the coupon takes priority. The promotion isn't used up and can apply to a future purchase. The exception is a first-purchase bonus, which is credited together with your coupon.

Monthly Crypto Rewards

When this promotion is running, players who bought Gold Coins with crypto during a month may receive a reward early the following month, sized by their VIP tier. You can claim it from the Promotions page or from the link in the email we send. Each reward must be claimed before it expires.

Playthrough on Bonus Soprize Cash

Bonus Soprize Cash carries a playthrough requirement before it can be redeemed. The requirement is shown on the promotion, and your progress is shown in your Wallet. See "Soprize Cash Playthrough Explained" for details.

Other Free Rewards
