Redeeming Coupon Codes

Redeeming Coupon Codes

Coupon codes give you bonus Gold Coins, Soprize Cash, or both.

How to Redeem a Code

1. Open Redeem Coupon in the sidebar
2. Enter your code. Codes are not case-sensitive.
3. Select Redeem. The reward is credited to your wallet right away.

The same page also lists coupons that are currently available to you, including any offered specifically to your account. Select Claim on a listed coupon to redeem it. Coupons you've already redeemed are listed too.

Coupons That Need a Purchase

Some coupons only apply to a Gold Coin purchase. If you enter one of these, you'll be sent to the Buy Gold Coins page with the code already filled in. Complete your purchase and the bonus is credited with it. Some purchase coupons are for your first purchase only.

If you use a coupon on a purchase, the coupon takes priority over a purchase promotion. See "Promotions and Bonuses" for how the two work together.

Why a Code Might Not Work

The message you see will tell you the reason. Common ones:

• The code was typed incorrectly or doesn't exist
• The coupon has expired, isn't active yet, or is no longer active
• You've already redeemed it the maximum number of times
• The coupon has reached its overall redemption limit
• The coupon is for specific players only, such as new accounts or a minimum VIP level

Playthrough

Soprize Cash from a coupon carries a playthrough requirement before it can be redeemed. You can track it in your Wallet. See "Soprize Cash Playthrough Explained" for details.
