Redeeming Soprize Cash
Soprize Cash is the only redeemable currency. Gold Coins are virtual entertainment and have no cash value. SC redeems at 1 SC = $1 USD.
Eligibility Requirements
- 1× playthrough. Every Soprize Cash credit must be wagered at least once before it becomes eligible to redeem. Your progress is shown in your wallet.
- Identity verified. Government-issued U.S. ID and selfie via Veriff. Required before any redemption.
Redemption Limits
- Frequency: 1 redemption per day. Once you've redeemed, the Redemption page shows a countdown until you're eligible again.
How to Redeem
- Go to the Redemption page
- Enter the amount of Soprize Cash to redeem (1 SC = $1 USD)
- Choose a payout method — bank transfer (ACH), debit card, PayPal, or supported crypto
- Confirm the request — most payouts settle automatically through the chosen provider
Processing Times
- Card / e-wallet (PayPal): typically minutes to a few hours
- Bank ACH: 1-3 business days
- Crypto: minutes once on-chain (network fee may apply)
Common Issues
Can't redeem Soprize Cash?
- Your Soprize Cash must have met its 1× playthrough requirement
- Your identity verification must be complete
- Your amount must meet the minimum for your chosen payout method
- You can redeem once per day — if you've already redeemed, a countdown shows when you can redeem again
Redemption taking longer than expected?
- ACH bank transfers settle in 1-3 business days
- Crypto on-chain confirmation depends on network conditions
- Status updates appear in your wallet transaction history
