At Soprize, play should always be fun and within your control. This page explains the tools available to help you manage your play, and where to get support. You must be 18 or older to play.

Play Smart

• Set a budget you are comfortable spending, and stick to it.
• Take regular breaks to keep sessions enjoyable.
• Play for fun — never as a way to make money or to recover losses.
• Review your activity in your transaction history.

Signs to Watch For

If you recognize any of these, it may be time to step back:

• Spending more time or money than you intended.
• Chasing losses, or playing to escape stress or low mood.
• Neglecting work, study, or relationships to play.
• Feeling you cannot cut down or stop.

Tools You Can Set

Manage all of these any time from your Responsible Play settings (Account → Responsible Play):

Purchase Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can spend on Gold Coin purchases. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Break in Play

Take a short break of 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. During a break you cannot make purchases or play, but you can still sign in and withdraw eligible funds. Play is restored automatically when the break ends — a break cannot be shortened once set.

Self-Exclusion

Exclude yourself for a fixed term (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion fully closes your account — you cannot log in, play, purchase, or redeem for the duration. It is irreversible; after the term, reinstatement is only possible following a review by contacting Support.

While a Break in Play or Self-Exclusion is active, we also stop sending you promotional communications.
