Soprize Cash Playthrough Explained
Soprize Cash (SC) has to be played before it can be redeemed. This is called playthrough. This page explains how it works and where to track it.
What Playthrough Means
Most Soprize Cash you receive comes with a playthrough requirement: an amount of SC you need to wager before your balance can be redeemed. The requirement is the SC credited multiplied by that credit's playthrough multiplier.
- Purchase SC (the bonus SC included with Gold Coin packages) and SC received by mail carry the standard requirement.
- Bonus SC from promotions, coupons, the Daily Spin, achievements, rakeback, tournaments and referrals can carry a higher requirement.
The multiplier is set per source and can change over time, so we don't list a fixed figure here. The requirement that applies is shown on the promotion, and it is locked in when the SC is credited, so a later change never moves the target on SC you already have.
How Your Balance Unlocks
- While any playthrough requirement is still open, your Soprize Cash balance is locked for redemption. This includes SC you won.
- Once every open requirement is complete, your whole SC balance becomes redeemable at 1 SC = $1 USD.
- A new SC credit with a playthrough requirement locks the balance again until that requirement is met too.
- Your SC wagers are applied to your oldest open requirement first.
What Counts Toward Playthrough
- Only Soprize Cash wagers count. Gold Coin play does not.
- Soprize Originals and slots count.
- Table, card and live-dealer games do not count. This includes blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker and video poker, craps, sic bo, dragon tiger and hi-lo.
- Buying a Lucky Spin pack with SC counts as SC wagered.
SC you win from games does not add a new requirement of its own.
If Your Balance Runs Out
If your SC balance reaches zero through play, any remaining requirement is cleared, so it doesn't carry over to SC you get later. This only happens when you have no unfinished SC game rounds and no pending redemption.
Where to See Your Progress
Open your Wallet. Under your Soprize Cash balance you'll see:
- The amount that is locked
- A progress bar showing how much more SC you need to wager to unlock your balance
- What's holding my balance?, which breaks down each open requirement and how much is left on it
