Progress through our VIP tiers and unlock better rakeback rates and perks as you play.

VIP Tiers

Wager requirements are measured in Soprize Cash wagered (1 SC = $1 USD). Only SC plays advance your tier; Gold Coin plays are for entertainment and do not move you up. Rakeback applies at the listed rate to both GC and SC wagers — every wager you place earns rakeback in the same currency you wagered.

How to Level Up

As your SC wager total grows, you are automatically upgraded to the next tier. Tiers never decrease — once you reach a tier you keep it. Track your current tier and progress in the VIP Club (/user/vip).

Tier Benefits

Higher tiers unlock the perks listed in the VIP Club page. Diamond and Elite include a personal account manager and elite concierge perks alongside the highest rakeback rates.

Rakeback

Rakeback returns a percentage of every wager back to you, regardless of the round's outcome.

• Applies to all games — Soprize originals and casino games count
• Two independent buckets — GC plays accrue GC rakeback, SC plays accrue SC rakeback, each at the tier's rate
• One claim per currency, per hour — GC and SC each have their own 1-hour cooldown, so claiming GC does not pause SC and vice versa
• Claim anywhere — both VIP Club (/user/vip) and Rakeback (/user/rakeback) expose the claim buttons

VIP Support

Higher tiers receive priority support response times across live chat and email. Diamond and Elite players are paired with a personal account manager for direct account follow-up.
